[Recipe] Zucchini Bruschetta || Italian Speciality


The day my friend showed me how to make these has been one of the best days. It's pretty simple and you don't need a lot of things.

You need:

  • Zucchini
  • Oil
  • Cheese
  • Toast
  • Salt
  • Herbs (basil, rosemary, ...)



1. Cut the zucchini in pieces.



2. Put the zucchini, a bit of oil, a bit of salt and your herbs in a pot and roast it a bit.



3. Put everything on the bread and add cheese. Now you have to put it in the oven and wait until the cheese has melted.



4. Place the bruschetta on a plate and enjoy.
